If you’ve been onto our store, you might get the impression that we like a good scarf. So it’s dope to see that the cool folks over at Adapt have launched a new project which adopts the faithful scarf garment – but with a twist!
This is the first stage in an ongoing collaborative project that explores the concept of protest garms for use in and of direct action. Inspired by how scarfs have been used in protest and football fandom, 8 creatives have put their own artistic spin on the knitwear. Likewise when you wear a footy scarf to show what team you support, these protest scarfs represents which side of social issues each artist supports.
The scarfs are made from eco-friendly materials and 23% of the sales will go to Client Earth. Check out the creatives behind the scarves and the full collection on the Adapt website, watch the vid above to find out more about this wicked project.
